GOSH family clinic

Works closely with the TEAM adolescent clinic from Mortimer Market Centre to transition young people from paediatric to adult HIV services. A Nurse Specialist and/or Health Adviser from the TEAM clinic attend each week to assist in the transition process. HIV family clinic is every Friday from 09.15 – 13.15 by appointment.
