We provide these services in partnership with local authorities and the NHS. Established in 1988 in response to the increasingly significant dual issues of HIV and drugs, CAIR Scotland has established a proven track record for successfully developing and delivering a wide range of psycho-social interventions for people who experience substance misuse problems to assist their recovery. Harm reduction service

Provides safe distribution and return of injecting paraphernalia as well as safer injecting advice and information. Wound assessment and care is provided on-site in partnership with NHS Tayside. Blood-borne virus blood spot testing on-site. BBV vaccination and treatment available by referral. Condom distribution service available as well as postal Chlamydia testing service.

Prevention services

HIV/BBV prevention services for young people including sexual health information and support. Condom distribution through C-card initiative.
